I have the owners manual for the RDX30 which I got from Prime Mover. They make the same trucks for Toyota.

The load wheel options are as follows:

PM-9844       4 x 2 7/8 (2.441- 6305)
CK-353          5 x 3 5/8 (2.834 -87507)
PM-9851        5 x 2.938 (2.834 - 87507)
TI-106           10.5 x 3.5 x 8

In each case the schematic shows that the bearing is pressed into the wheel and two washers are installed on top of that before it is placed in the housing.

I don't know but it may be that they are substituting the RY-641 for the PM-9844 as they are the same size wheel but the PM-9844 is bored for a heavier duty bearing. The load capacity would be higher for the PM-9844. I would also check to make sure the washers are both installed but as there are no signs of sidewear it may be that they should just try the PM-9844HL
